 Sandwich/Thermo/Arrow/Quadruple/Difference Sudoku

Dedicated to all people who turn 46 this summer, especially if they like football.

Standard Sudoku rules.
Sandwich: each number in the left margin is the sum of all digits sandwiched between the 1 and the 9 in the corresponding row.
Thermo: along each thermometer, digits strictly increase starting from the bulb.
Quadruple: when a circle overlaps four cells, the digits it contains must appear at least once in the four cells.
Difference: when a circle overlaps two cells, the digit it contains is the difference between the digits in those two cells.
Arrow: the two-digit number that is read downwards in the capsule is the sum of the digits along each of the arrows that stem from the capsule.
