 Jigglypuff

Standard Sudoku rules with Killer cages, one Between line, a very long arrow and Kropki pairs (no negative rule).

Killer: for each cage with a dashed outline, the sum of the digits in the cage is given in the top left corner.
Arrow: the sum of all digits along the arrow is the three-digit number written in the capsule at the center of row 1.
Between line: along the line between the two shaded circles, all digits must be strictly between the digits in the circles.
Kropki pairs: a white dot between two cells means that the corresponding digits are consecutive; a black dot between two cells means one of the corresponding digits is double the other. Not all possible dots have been given.
