Standard Sudoku rules apply.
Little Killer: each number outside the grid is the sum of all digits in the direction pointed by the arrow.
Killer: digits in a cage with a dashed outline sum to the number written in the top left corner of the cage.
Thermo: digits along a thermometer strictly increase starting from the bulb.
Multiples: when a circle appears between two cells, the corresponding two-digit number is a multiple of the number in the circle.
