Place a digit from 1 to 9 into each cell so that each row, column and outlined region contains every digit exactly once.
Each number outside the grid is the sum of the digits along the mini-diagonal pointed by the arrow.

    Finally managed to solve after breaking it a couple of times. Totals on the upper half of the grid completely messed up my head. I l try to give it a look again and find cleaner logic. Good one !
